Prior to distribution, recordings are edited to remove identifying information — including company names, faces, and voices — to protect Member confidentiality. Edited recordings may then be shared with other enrolled members of that program for educational and reference purposes.

• Service providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Site and delivering Services (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Zoom for video calls, WordPress hosting providers, and email marketing platforms).
